30 days, your money back, no questions asked. Cancel online in two clicks and keep access to the end of your term. Your data exports at every step — even after you cancel.
1. the 30-day money-back guarantee
If roloboop isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked (a curious "why?" at most, and you don't have to answer). One email to manny@boopcat.co or one click in the billing portal is enough.
2. your statutory cooling-off right (uk & eu)
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you separately have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase (in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Because your access starts immediately, checkout asks for your express request to begin within that period and your acknowledgment of the effect on this right. Our 30-day promise exceeds the statutory right and is always honoured as a full refund — so you never end up worse off for having started using roloboop.
3. cancelling your subscription
- Online, anytime — the billing portal is linked from your account page and from every receipt email. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
- Or just email manny@boopcat.co.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We email a reminder 15–45 days before every annual renewal stating the price, the billing frequency and how to cancel — so a renewal never sneaks up on you.
4. after your subscription ends
A lapsed account keeps read access, CSV export and delete — your contacts remain visible and exportable, free, for as long as your account exists. Creating, editing, scanning and CRM sync pause until you resubscribe. Your data is never held hostage.
5. founding members
Founding-member benefits (the discounted first year and the lifetime 20% discount) apply while your subscription remains active. If you refund your founding year, the founding benefits end with it and the spot may be released to someone else.
6. how refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We'll confirm by email when it's on its way.
